It’s always a joyful moment when your students ask you for help with their home practice.
My amazing chair yogis have been wanting to practice at home in between classes so I have put together a guide with a few foundation poses that they can do at home.
The whole practice shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes to do and it is suitable to do everyday.
